My mother and I were saved by LTCH, especially Elvie, Sas, Jolly and other carers. Advanced dementia was terrible for my mother, but LTCH lovingly provided constant care that made her last years the best. Home cooked meals made with very healthy foods, minus the desired sugar – my mother had a legendary sweet tooth – but until she was 80 with ALZ, her happiness was all that mattered, and Elvie is an exceptional cook . The house is cleaned daily, the garden is beautiful (mom especially likes the roses), the furniture is comfortable, the parquet floors level and easy to navigate even in a wheelchair, and they are skilled and creative with dementia care, organizing weekly activities and regular optional family events. Not only did the mother clean and dress well every day, but she felt calm and happy with the care she received despite defying the care of others in the past. In addition to the above, Elvie and Sas have created a very loving and caring home for people with dementia. A friend who teaches in senior care centers commented that this home is safe and happy. Being with my mother the last day and night, I understood what he meant. I highly recommend Loving Touch Care Home and am grateful to A Place for Mom for recommending them when I was desperately looking for a good place for mom. The house and residents are treated with care, including cleanliness, friendliness, joy, care and excellent home-cooked meals made from whole foods. A Loving Touch Care Home provided my mother with some of her best years and loved and cherished her in her later years.

The director was not there. All the neighbors were gathered around the television. Language barriers. Two dogs who were very happy. Nice house and everyone seems to be safe.
